Arjun Permanand Samtani

Singaporean citizen, born on March 28th, 1946. Appointed as a Commissioner of the Company in 2015. In addition, he also holds the position of Director & Consultant Royal Chemie International Ltd (2013-present).

Education: Obtained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Calcutta University, India in 1971, also had a Chartered Accountant certificate from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1972.

Arief Wibisono

Vice President Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, born on October 27th, 1968. Appointed as the Vice President Commissioner of the Company in 2021. Currently he also serves as the Head of Legal Bureau, Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance in 2021. Started his career at the Ministry of Finance in 1993. Previously served as Head of Legal Services and Finance and Legal Bureau Agreements (2008-2011), Head of Management Section I Organization and Management Bureau (2011-2017) and also Chief Change Management Officer I Chief Transformation Office (2017-2019). In 2019, he officially became a State Asset Management Reviewer.

Education: Obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Diponegoro University in 1992 Obtained Master of Law degree in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University USA in 2000 Obtained a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia in 2014

T. Nugroho Purwanto

Indonesian citizen, born on August 30th, 1953 at Yogyakarta. Joined PT Petrokimia Gresik in 1981. (1996-2002) as General Manager at Internal Control Division, (2002-2004) as General Manager at Finance & Administration, (2004-2010) as Finance Director PT Petrokimia Gresik, (2010-2015) as Commercial Director PT Petrokimia Gresik, (2011-2012) as President Commissioner PT Petrokimia Kayaku, (2012-2016) as President Commissioner PT Petrosida, 2016 Director PT Petro Oxo Nusantara, (2017 – Oct 2020) Vice President Director PT Petro Oxo Nusantara, currently also serving as President Commissioner PT Petrokimia Gresik.

Education: Obtained his degree from the Economic Faculty of Gadjah Mada University majoring in Accounting in 1981

Hendro Waskito

Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, born on January 14th, 1964. Appointed as a Commissioner of the Company in 2017. In addition, he also holds the position of CEO of Pandita Industries Ltd. (2016-present), President & CEO in Continental Petrochemicals (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (2013-2018), Commissioner of PT. Petronika (2013-present), Commissioner of PT. Petrowidada (2017-2021) and President and CEO of PT Royal Chemie Indonesia (2010-2013). Furthermore, he had also been appointed as the director of the company in 2010-2016.

Education: Obtained his Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia in 1987

Herdia Supriatna

He graduated from Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB), in the Faculty of Agriculture, Soil Sciences Department in 1985 and Master Degree Program in Management at IPMI- Business School Jakarta in 2005.

Herdia Supriatna’s career among others were, a Soil Scientist – Agriculturist at PT Agriconsult International, Jakarta & China Engineering Consultant (Taiwan) in association with BIEC International (Bandung) (1986 – 1989), Credit Reviewer/Credit Officer – Assistant Manager Corporate Banking Group PT Bank NIAGA, Tbk (1990 – 1994), Account Officer – Manager Corporate Banking Group PT Bank NIAGA, Tbk (1995 – 1999), Relationship Manager – Senior Manager Loan Work-Out & Collections Division “Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Nasional” (BPPN) (1999 – 2000), Team Leader – Assistant Vice President (AVP-1) Loan Work-Out & Collections Division BPPN (2000 – 2002), Group Head – Assistant Vice President (APV 2) Loan Work-Out & Collections Division BPPN (2002-2003), Division Head (Vice President) Loan WorkOut & Collection Division BPPN (2003-2004), Finance Director PT Tuban Petrochemical Industries (2004-2007), Compliance Low and General Director PT Tuban Petrochemical Industries (2007-2019).
