On Wednesday (1/9) PT Petro Oxo Nusantara held the first batch of “Gotong Royong” vaccination program for PON personnel and their families. For the record, the "Gotong Royong" vaccination program is a program carried out by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) aimed at employees, families, and other individuals in the family. And based on the Minister of Health Regulation No. 10 of 2021, the funding for the “Gotong Royong” vaccination is borne by legal entities or business entities. After the “Gotong Royong” vaccination was held, the number of PON personnel who had been vaccinated was 147 out of a total of 185 personnel.

Previously, some PON personnel had previously received vaccines from various organizers such as through the RT RW / Urban Village of each personnel, Vaccination from Gresik Regency Government at the Poesponegoro Expression Hall, and collaboration with the Indonesian national Army. It is hoped that the "Gotong Royong" vaccination program will accelerate the distribution of vaccinations, especially in the PON's own internal environment. As well as supporting the government's efforts in accelerating the distribution of vaccinations and achieving herd immunity.
