On Friday (13/8) PT Petro Oxo Nusantara held a series of CSR activities entitled "PON PEDULI" which will last for the next 5 months, from August to December with a total donation of Rp 6.3 billion.

This program is a real form of concern from PT Petro Oxo Nusantara towards the increasingly alarming pandemic condition. The Company will always contribute to the community with other programs. We will always help the people of Gresik City in general, and the community around the factory," said Jaya Martapa as the President Director, in his remarks at the inauguration of the "PON CARE" program.

The series of events "PON PEDULI" consists of activities to create kampung tangguh in the Tlogopojok sub-district. Donating 4 ambulance units, providing food assistance for all residents exposed to the COVID-19 virus 3 times a day during the self-quarantine period. The assistance for food packages containing 5 kg of rice, 2 liters of cooking oil, 1 kg of sugar, and 1 box of instant noodles as many as 10,500 packages were given to communities affected by the COVID-19, preferably in Tlogopojok & Lumpur villages and 1500 food packages to the Gresik Regional Government.

Then, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) assistance and medical equipment for Health Workers in Gresik Regency consisting of 20 6m3 oxygen cylinders, 3,000 hazmat suits, 1,000 medical gowns, 1,000 medical apron, 10,000 medical masks, 3,000 pieces N95 masks, 20,000 latex gloves, and 100 body bags.

I hope that PT Petro Oxo Nusantara will always be successful in the future, and can always contribute to the development of this country " said Mr. Fandi in his speech at the inauguration of the "PON PEDULI" program. The event continued with the symbolic handing over of aid from the President Director of PT Petro Oxo Nusantara to the Gresik Regent.
