On Tuesday (05/04) PT Petro Oxo Nusantara held Industrial Visit & gave a 2-day Public Lecture Session which was attended by students majoring in HR Management, Airlangga University. The material presented in this occasion is about HR management in general and examples of implementation in a Company. The Public Lecture Session material was given directly by the Director of Human Resources & General Affairs of PT Petro Oxo Nusantara, Mr. Pranowo Tri Nusantoro. In the material given, it was conveyed that HR management is a very important key in an organization, especially in a company, because HR management determines the direction & speed of growth of a company.

Mr. Pranowo Tri Nusantoro also advised the students who participated in the public lecture session to upgrade themselves with essential skills in preparing for their career journey. Given the advanced industrial era, and the intense competition between job seekers, it is a challenge for the younger generation.
