On Friday (09/09), PT Petro Oxo Nusantara held a Coaching for the Superintendent regarding the implementation of Corporate Values & Leadership. Coaching was given directly by the HRGA Director of PT Petro Oxo Nusantara, Mr. Pranowo Tri Nusantoro. Presented on the occasion, the Corporate Values, better known as ICTI (Integrity & Ethics, Customer Satisfaction, Teamwork, Innovation) must always be upheld at all levels. Moreover, at the Superintendent level, which oversees several personnel in their departments. It is hoped that this coaching will strengthen ICTI values and leadership values in the Superintendent ranks and can become role models for their sub-ordinates
