PT PETRO OXO NUSANTARA provides educational program assistance to provide opportunities for communities around the factory who have not completed their junior high school level education through the "Kejar Paket" B Program and the High School level through the "Kejar Paket" C Program in collaboration with Pangaskarto Youth Organization Lumpur Village. This is a form of concern from the management of PT Petro Oxo Nusantara in supporting Government programs, especially education for the underprivileged so that they can obtain equal rights in terms of education.
The number of students participating in this learning program is 24 students divided into 16 students of "Kejar Paket" B and 8 students of "Kejar Paket" C. This learning activity is managed by teaching staff from the Salafiyah Community Learning Center (PKBM) organizer, Gresik District which will be held for 3 years.
reviously, PT Petro Oxo Nusantara has also provided training on techniques for creating social media video content (vlogging) which is currently needed for introducing and promoting products and services online which was carried out in March 2022. This is a tangible manifestation of the Company's seriousness. to take an active role in efforts to improve the welfare of the community through education based on the Company's spirit of "Growing Together to The Next Level". Because in the long term, support for education will not only expand knowledge and improve people's welfare but also give birth to the next generation of superior people who are able to answer challenges in the future.
The inauguration of this learning program was held on Monday, August 22, 2022, attended by the Lumpur Village head Rizky Ameliah, S.STP.; Head of LPMK Lumpur Bagus Kurniawan; Chairman of the Pangaskarto Youth Organization Lumpur Achmad Rofiqi; PKBM Salafiyah Gresik District Abdul Aziz Syaifuddin; students who participated in this program as well as representatives from the Management of PT Petro Oxo Nusantara.
